AURSICO LISTED ON THE SHANGHAI STOCK EXCHANG

On September 21, 2020, Aurisco Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Stock code: 605116) was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The per share issuing price is RMB 8.37 yuan, number of shares issued is 41 million shares, raising a capital of  RMB 343 millions.
